Baikal Lobridge, together with the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University, is announcing the launch of the case championship "Legal Tools in GR and Lobbying" for students eager to step into the role of a GR consultant and work with an actual legislative initiative.
Participants will conduct a legal review of a draft law, prepare proposals to refine regulations, and develop a GR strategy for promoting the initiative within government bodies. The program’s unique feature is its focus on the legal aspects of GR and lobbying, making the championship especially relevant for those who want to understand how regulatory agendas are shaped, how private initiatives are advanced, and how interactions with state institutions are organized.
The competition is open to undergraduate, master’s, and specialist students from Russian universities. It is not only suited for law students but also for those studying political science, public administration, economics, and related fields. Students can participate individually or in teams of up to five members.
The championship will take place in four stages:
The semifinals and finals will be held at the Faculty of Law, Moscow State University.
Participating in the case championship gives students the opportunity to gain practical experience in GR and lobbying, as well as develop skills in legal analysis, strategic thinking, argumentation, public speaking, and teamwork.
Winners and runners-up will receive diplomas, commemorative gifts from the partner, and the chance to intern at Baikal Lobridge. All participants will receive certificates of participation.
