Baikal Lobridge enhances professional competencies of GR and ESG specialists by offering diverse formats for improving existing skills and acquiring new knowledge. Training programs are delivered both on leading educational platforms and can be customized to meet client’s needs.

Russia’s first advanced training in GR built on the principle “practitioners for practitioners” where classes are given by officials from national authorities and supranational institutions, GR specialists from Russian and international corporations operating in the real economic sector. The course has been delivered in partnership with the MGIMO School of Business and International Proficiency since 2018.

Participants learn to master and refine the skills necessary to represent and advance interests with federal and regional government bodies, as well as internationally, including the supranational frameworks of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). During the training, specialists gain competences required to apply GR tools across various industries. To date, 16 courses have been successfully delivered.

Course “GR & Lobbying Practices in Businesses and NGOs”

Advanced training on ESG transformation is built on the principle “practitioners for practitioners”, meaning that the classes are given by experts who actively work in various economic sectors. The program has been delivered in partnership with the MGIMO School of Business and International Proficiency since 2023.

Participants gain a true insight into the sector-specific integration and implementation of ESG tools within the leading corporations in the field. The program also focuses on the ongoing transformation in the financial sector in the face of the emerging ESG-focused banking in Russia. By the end of the course, participants have mastered a practical toolkit necessary to complete ESG integration and management processes tailored to company’s own business processes. To date, two courses have been successfully delivered.

Course “ESG-driven Business Management: Practitioners for Practitioners”

Baikal Lobridge has partnered with Moscow State University (MSU) to develop and deliver a master’s program on public law and GR. The program has been offered by the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law within MSU's Faculty of Law since 2024. Within this program, our specialists conduct a dedicated course "Foundations of GR Practice: History, Theory, Methodology, and Tools."

The course is led by Eduard Voytenko, PhD in Political science, Master of Laws, and Associate Professor at the Department of Advertising and Public Relations, School of International Journalism, MGIMO University.

Master’s Program “Public Law & Government Relations (GR)”

The master’s program is offered by the Department of Advertising and Public Relations, School of International Journalism, MGIMO University. The program focuses on two core fields: strategic communications and new media. It gives a fundamental knowledge in PR and advertising and offers an in-depth examination of strategic communications in the digital era and mastery of a new media toolkit, innovative information and communication technologies of the fourth industrial revolution.

Within this program, Baikal Lobridge specialists conduct two dedicated courses: “Public Affairs in Russia and International Contexts” and “GR Management and Lobbying”. The lead instructor of the master’s courses is Eduard Voytenko.

Master’s program “New Media & Strategic Communications”

Baikal Lobridge in partnership with the MGIMO Legal Club annually hosts the Baikal Lobridge x MGIMO Case Championship. The activities were successfully held in March-April 2024 and 2025.

This championship represents a unique format in Russia, where participants tackle rulemaking challenges and simulate the execution of GR and lobbying projects.

Participation allows students and postgraduate researchers to develop critical personal skills and professional competencies, which include performing legal expertise, working in a team, and representing and advancing a legislative position in a strong, conclusive manner.
