The study was conducted with the support of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia (AmCham), and the Center for Eurasian Cooperation (CEC). The applied methodology included a survey of leaders from large and medium-sized Russian and international companies. When collecting data, we sent personified invitations to participate in the survey, which ensured a relevant and high-quality managerial perspective.
The findings of the study provide a comprehensive overview of the position and relevance of the GR function within the corporate governance system, reflect its maturity level and allow outlining key directions for further development of B2G relations in Russia.
In 2026 Baikal Lobridge presented the third edition of its sociological study of the GR industry in Russia, “GR Function as Seen by Top Executives of Large and Medium-Sized Businesses: Priorities, Efficiency and Points of Growth”. For the first time, the accent in the study shifted from GR specialists to C-suite and company leaders.
