Lomonosov Moscow State University Hosts Business Law Session with Support from Baikal Lobridge

On April 14, 2026 the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University hosted a session titled “Business Law: Pathways for Improvement” as part of the International Scientific and Practical Conference Lomonosov-2026. Baikal Lobridge acted as a partner of the session.

The event opened with remarks from Vyacheslav Kharitonov, expert in GR and regulatory risk assessment at Baikal Lobridge.

Held in a roundtable format, the session brought together undergraduate and graduate students, as well as early-career researchers. Participants presented papers on current issues in business regulation and discussed them with faculty members from the Department of Entrepreneurial Law at the MSU Faculty of Law.

At the end of the session, the best research papers were recognized. The winners were Dinarа Sitdikova (“The Role of Civilized Lobbying in Modern Russia”), Tatyana Levina (“Artificial Intelligence in Corporate Governance: Directors’ Good Faith and Reasonableness in the Use of AI Technologies”), and Nikanor Tolstykh (“Alternative Contractual Forms of Public-Private Partnership Implementation: Legal Analysis”).

The company also presented gifts to all participants of the session, while the winners were offered the opportunity to undertake an internship at Baikal Lobridge.

Baikal Lobridge continues to build bridges between academia and practice, supporting professional dialogue on today’s regulatory agenda and strengthening engagement with leading universities.
