Roszdravnadzor has proposed extending the validity of the inspection checklist used to monitor the dispensing, distribution and sale of medicines until 1 March 2028. The current validity period is set to expire on 28 September 2026. The draft order has been published on the official regulation portal regulation.gov.ru.
The draft introduces amendments to Order No. 5803 dated 2 December 2025, which approves inspection checklists for federal state control in the field of medicines circulation.

“The validity period of the checklist is being aligned with the regulation on Unified State Health Information System, which is a logical step: the system is used, among other things, to monitor and oversee public procurement of medicines and includes modules for maintaining drug registers,” said Zhanna Logacheva, Project Lead, GR & Risk at Baikal Lobridge.
