Focuses on regulatory environment research and risk assessment, preparing analytical reports and expert materials, as well as reviewing policy initiatives affecting highly regulated industries.
He also analyzes administrative decision-making processes and the interaction between regional elites, government authorities and business.
Contributes to the analysis of political and regulatory developments shaping government and corporate strategies and is involved in developing comprehensive GR strategies for client engagement.
His regional expertise covers Russia, Belarus, Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a GR consulting company, where he was involved in projects focused on regulatory analysis and coordination of engagement with federal government authorities. He also has experience in IT consulting.
Graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) with a degree in Political Science and completed a master’s program in Applied Political Science. He later earned a PhD in Political Science at HSE.
