Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a GR consulting company, where he was involved in projects focused on regulatory analysis and coordination of engagement with federal government authorities. He also has experience in IT consulting.
Graduated from the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) with a degree in Political Science and completed a master’s program in Applied Political Science. He later earned a PhD in Political Science at HSE.
