Baikal Lobridge, in partnership with the School of Business MGIMO, has opened enrollment for the 17th cohort of its "GR and Lobbying in Business and NGOs" program. The training will take place in person from April 6 to April 11, 2026.

The six-day program (60 academic hours) is designed with a strong practical focus. Attendees work through real-life cases and learn how to engage with public authorities at different levels — from federal to supranational, including work with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Sessions are led by practitioners from business, the non-profit sector, and government.

The cohort will bring together 25 expert speakers. The curriculum covers 38 applied topics and includes case studies drawn from actual GR and lobbying projects. Upon completion, participants receive a state-recognized certificate issued by MGIMO University.

Since 2018, 491 individuals from over 300 organizations have completed the program. Alumni include senior executives, GR leaders, entrepreneurs, lawyers, communications professionals, and public officials.
Participants represent key industries, including IT, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, agribusiness, retail, marketplaces, banking, construction, mining, and others.

The program continues to attract participants from across the CIS, including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

More information about the course and application details are available on the program’s website.
